The range column is the one worth reading twice. A compound averaging 99% across a two-point spread and one averaging 99% across a nine-point spread are not the same product, and only one of those averages means much. The sub-98% column counts results that stayed published; a vendor removing them would show a dash here and a better mean.

Three checks, in the order that catches most.
1. The batch number, not the product name. A certificate proves a particular batch was tested. Match the batch on the document against the batch on what you were sent; a report for the same product from a different batch says nothing about the vial in your hand.
2. Who hosts the file. Every report linked from this site opens on verify.janoshik.com, the testing laboratory's own domain. A PDF hosted by the seller can be edited by the seller, and that is the whole difference between a testing claim and testing evidence.
3. The test date against the batch date. An old certificate attached to a current batch is the most common way a genuine document is used to vouch for something it never tested.
Purity is also not the only figure that matters. Mass says how much peptide the vial actually held — a 99% pure vial containing 8mg of a labelled 10mg is a different problem from an impure one, and it is visible only if the certificate states mass. These do.
